Hi, I’m Rachael, the photographer behind Mist. Photography became deeply personal for me long before it became my career. After losing two close friends in high school, the way I viewed photographs changed completely. The images I had with them suddenly meant everything, not because they were perfect, but because they existed.
What started as creativity became something far more personal: preserving the people, moments, and stories that matter most.
